Background Information:
Selected from old vine vineyards in the Lodi region of central California. 100% zinfandel grapes, lightly crushed to create a pretty pink wine. Vinified in stainless steel tanks.
Food Pairing:
A great choice for pairing with Thai and Vietnamese curries, satay dishes, and with gently-spiced Middle Eastern salads and sides. Sweet and sour fish and seafood dishes, honey-glazed ham and seafood rice dishes will also be fantastic.
