Briottet was founded in 1836 initially as a wine trading house. As the business was passed down several generations, its focus shifted, and today Briottet is one of the finest producers of French liqueurs. Remaining within the Briottet family, the brand has maintained a focus on quality and flavour for almost 200 years.
Their Blue Curacao liqueur is made from the distillation of peels from bitter Curacao and Seville oranges. Aromatics are added to give the liqueur its complex and delicious flavours. Use as an exciting cocktail ingredient to add a punchy orange flavour and unique aftertaste.
