Brixton Atlantic APA 30LTR

Tasting Note:
Our American-style pale ale unleashes all the juicy tropical mix of Brixton’s Atlantic Road market, where exotic aromas and flavours compete for passing attention. Brewed with extra pale malt and a deluge of aroma hops for those with a thirst for punchy American-sized flavours. Bursts of mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Bold, modern and refreshing.

Background Information:
Brixton has always been a welcoming home for migrants and outsiders, where music, arts, culture and food mix. Here, people of all backgrounds contribute to make a community greater than the sum of its parts. Brixton Brewery started in 2013 and they have been brewing in this melting-pot part of south London ever since. Everything Brixton Brewery do is supercharged with the buzz and electricity of their home, and its welcoming openness to new people and ideas. Their locally-crafted beers are modern classics with a Brixton twist - telling the story of Brixton in their names, vibrant designs and flavours. From our ultra-refreshing Coldharbour Lager to our hoppy, juicy Atlantic American Pale Ale to our experimental Ltd Edn series, their range of bold, modern and perfectly balanced brews offer something for everyone to enjoy.

Brand Sustainability:
Brixton Brewery is a community-based business completely connected to the buzz and electricity of our local area. Their community supported and sustained us as a growing business, so we’re always looking for ways we can return the love. Their partnerships and the organisations and causes are wide-ranging and always growing. Brixton Brewery embraced a range of improvements on environment and sustainability by working alongside Repowering London to install solar panels on the brewery roof, swapped their delivery van out for an electric model, signed up to the Cross River Partnership to reduce the impact of delivery services, and moved from bottles to cans, which are a more sustainable option. Their spent grain is sent to a nearby Anaerobic Digestion plant where it is converted into electricity, biogas and nutrient rich fertiliser.

Food Pairing:
Spicy peri-peri flavours and potato wedges.
