The Estrella Galicia brewery was founded in 1906 by José María Rivera Corral when he returned to Daura is an international success in over 45 countries. In all these countries, the brand works closely with local coeliacs’ associations. The Daura logo was inspired by the breaking down of the gluten molecular chain. The crossed-grain logo is the international symbol for gluten-free products.
