Our apples are carefully selected from the orchards mainly of the Bodensee region of Germany, where the combination of climate and soil type mean the fruits here get just the right amount of warmth, sunlight and nurturing to create the perfect apples for our juice. We press apples from a blend which may include old favourites like Golden Delicious, Gala and Cox, and the process is managed by our good friends at Dreher. We typically press three ripe apples into every bottle to make our delicious apple juice and we must be doing something right as in 2011 it won a Gold at the Taste awards. We’re pretty sure you’ll give it the thumbs up too.
