Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel, but then takes another trip through charcoal once it’s reached maturity. This extra ‘blessing’ gives the Gentleman Jack its exceptionally smooth finish. Yellow amber in colour. There is the taste of sweet vanilla, fruit and light spice with a crisp, clean finish.
