Fruit and beer are a constant in our brewing repertoire. This beer combines a boldly hopped pale ale, brimming with tropical fruit characters from southern hemisphere hops and adding Passion-fruit, Orange and Guava.

The Wild Beer Co, including the barrels and foudres may have moved, but the brewing ethos, passion and magic remain the same. In their beers, they elevate humble natural ingredients, using time, age-old as well as modern processes and techniques with their use of alternative fermentations, unorthodox yeasts, seasonally-foraged and unusual ingredients is what helps them deliver remarkable flavour by nature.
Food Pairing:
The citrus fruit character from the orange goes incredibly well with fresh salads where you would usually find some cutting acidity from orange or pomegranate seeds. Another interesting pairing would be a Gazpacho where the orange and tomato (a long standing classic combination) compliment each other while the acidity and sweetness contrast.
