THE DARK 'N' STORMY SIDE
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Myer’s Dark Rum
10ml Lime juice
Ginger beer
Lime Slice & Black Cherries to Garnish

METHOD:
Add rum and lime juice into a low ball glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger beer.m
Garnish with a lime wedge and skewered black cherries.
Serve immediately.
WOO-WOO WOOKIE
INGREDIENTS:
50ml J.J. Whitley Artisanal Vodka
25ml Giffard Peach de Vigne
75ml Cranberry Juice
Orange slices
Mint leaves to Garnish

METHOD:
Add the vodka, peach schnapps and cranberry juice into a cocktail glass filled with ice and stir briefly to combine.
Garnish with a orange slice and mint leaves.
SOUR-SABER
INGREDIENTS:
50ml Midori
10ml Lime Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
50ml Soda Water
Ice
Cocktail cherry & Lime Slice

METHOD:
Add the Midori, lime juice, lemon juice and ice to a martini glass and stir.
Pour in the soda water and add the garnishes.
Serve immediately.
