Full Circle Craft Distillers Co are the first authentic craft distillery in the Philippines. They aim to transform the essence and character of the Philippine Archipelago’s rich flora into a single magical moment of sensory enlightenment.
Archipelago Botanical Gin is the flagship of artisanal Archipelago gin. It is handcrafted from 28 botanicals, 22 of which are sourced and foraged across the Philippines. It has a truly delicious citrus-forward flavor profile informed by fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi and dayap, anchored on a base of juniper, and rounded with fresh mango and fragrant sampaguita, ylang-ylang and kamia bowers. It offers an aroma of earthy coriander, savoury juniper and pine with a rounding of man. The finish brings grapefruit and toasted caramel, rounding off with a pinch of cinnamon and sweet spice. It has earned Platinum at the 2021 SIP Awards in USA and Gold at the World Gin Awards 2019, London, UK.
Archipelago Barrel Reserve Gin is rested in new American oak barrels with a medium long toast. The gentle toasting allows the oak to impart a rich array of aromas and flavours of caramel, brioche and toasted marshmallow, balanced with juniper, citrus and floral notes, to achieve a true sipping gin. The aroma delivers a pure, citrus punch with caramom and cinnamon lingering on the nose. It finishes with pomelo and toasted caramel. A hint of sweet spice and pepper lingers also. This variation won Platinum at the ASCOT Awards in 2021 in USA and Double Gold with Best in Category at the 2021 SIP Awards, USA.
