Kahlua Drink 1 – Tiramisu White Russian
Ingredients
60ml heavy cream
1 tsp granulated sugar
60ml Kahlua
60ml dark rum
Cocoa powder, for garnish
Optional: 1 ladyfinger cookie, halved crosswise, for garnish
Method
Add cream and sugar to a glass jar, seal it, and shake vigorously until cream is thickened enough to hold a soft peak. Alternatively, use a whisk or hand mixer. Fill a rock glass with ice. Add the Kahlua and rum to the glass and stir to combine. Spoon whipped cream onto the top and smooth. Dust tops with cocoa powder, and lady finger if using.
Kahlua Drink 2 – Bushwacker
Ingredients
15ml rum
15ml vodka
15ml Irish cream liqueur
15ml Kahlua
15ml amaretto liqueur
15ml chocolate liqueur
15ml Frangelico
15ml crème de coconut
Nutmeg, whipped cream, maraschino cherry, to garnish
Method
Add all ingredients sans garnishes into a blender. Add enough crushed ice that the drink has the consistency of a milkshake. Blend and pour into glass. Garnish with cream, nutmeg, and cherry.

Grand Marnier
Method
The shot is equal parts all three. Pour Kahlua first. Slowly layer Baileys next, then Grand Marnier on top.
Kahlua Drink 4 – Choc Caramel Rum Coffee (Batch – makes 8)
Ingredients
2 cans evaporated milk
180ml rum
120ml chocolate syrup
120ml caramel syrup
60g packed brown sugar
950ml hot brewed coffee
30ml Kahlua
Whipped cream, to garnish
Method
Combine milk, rum, syrups, and brown sugar in a saucepan, cook slowly over medium heat and do not boil. Stir in coffee and Kahlua. Pour into mugs and garnish with cream.
Kahlua Drink 5 – Orange and Chili Coffee Old Fashioned
Ingredients
45ml Kahlua
20ml Grand Marnier
3 dashes chilli bitters
Dehydrated orange, to garnish
Method
Stir all ingredients in a glass with ice, then strain into a lowball glass with a large ice cube.
Kahlua Drink 6 – Spanish Coffee
Ingredients
30ml Kahlua
1 teaspoon sugar
160ml hot brewed coffee
Whipped cream, to garnish
Chocolate curls, to garnish
Method
Pour Kahlua and sugar into mug. Add coffee and stir. Top with cream and chocolate curls.
